NDIS
Services can be paid for using NDIS funding that is self-managed or plan-managed. We are unable to accept clients who are agency managed. Speak with your Co-odination for support (COS) or NDIS contact and you may be able to change a portion of your funding to be self or plan managed if you wish to be seen at Hello Therapy.
Medicare
We accept clients funded under the Chronic and Complex Disease Management Plan (CPMP). This scheme provides you with a rebate of $56.00 for up to 5 therapy visits per calendar year. Speak with your GP to see if you are eligible.
Private
We accept clients who have private health insurance. Check with your insurer regarding your individual policy.
Fees / Payment
Payment can be made at the end of each session either via eftpos transaction or bank transfer. For plan managed NDIS clients, payment can be made via bank transfer within 5 days of service delivery.
